Dan holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a licensed CPA in the state of Maryland. Previously, Dan was Director of Finance for Fight Crime: Invest in Kids, a children’s advocacy nonprofit that educates policymakers about research-proven programs that reduce crime. Before Fight Crime, Dan traveled extensively with his girlfriend (now wife) after taking a break from corporate accounting. Dan enjoys all types of music and playing basketball very poorly.
