Kailey Griffith

Kailey Griffith is a rising third year at Columbia Law School and an EarthRights International intern for the Summer 2026 term. She started law school as a Max Berger ’71 Public Interest/Public Service Fellow and plans to pursue a career in environmental and human rights litigation, with a particular interest in serving indigenous communities. At CLS, she is a Notes Editor for the Human Rights Law Review, participated in and coached for the Native American Law Student Association Moot Court, and took part in the Environmental and Climate Justice Clinic. Kailey went to NYU for undergrad, where she pursued an individualized major in sustainable development and environmental justice. She previously worked as an intern for Human Rights Now in Tokyo and as a Research Assistant for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
