Ivonne has a Bachelor in Translation, and she has specialized in project and program management, funding and financial review and follow up, logistics and process procurement. She has a Diploma in Human Resources and wide experience in staff management and safeguarding.

She has developed her professional experience for more than 25 years in international non-profit organizations such as Save the Children Sweden, Practical Action and Oxfam America, progressively assuming different roles and responsibilities, such as Administrative Assistant for projects and programs, Logistics Assistant and Human Resources Officer.

Her career has allowed her to get to know and be in contact with different organizations committed to the defense of human rights, working with partners and communities from the Andean and Amazon Regions of Peru and South America.

Ivonne is the Operations Manager at EarthRights and she is committed to the defense of communities’ rights to achieve better living conditions with justice and equality.
