Tenásha Ebrahimkhel is a seasoned digital communications strategist with over a decade of experience leading high-impact digital campaigns and content strategies. She has worked across various mission-driven sectors, including climate and environmental advocacy, social justice, and progressive political initiatives.
Most recently, Tenásha led strategic communications at DC Justice Lab, shaping advocacy efforts through digital engagement and storytelling. As Associate Vice President of Digital Strategy at Do Big Things, she provided strategic digital guidance to progressive organizations and political clients. At The Climate Reality Project, she directed digital communications efforts to expand engagement on climate issues, and as Digital Director at Climate Action Campaign, she developed creative campaigns to raise awareness about climate and environmental policy. At EveryAction | NGP VAN, she advised nonprofit clients on digital solutions to enhance their impact.
Tenásha holds a B.Sc. from Drexel University and an MPA from the University of Akron. She resides in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
