Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager

Sahara is a dedicated development professional with a passion for empowering communities and promoting sustainability. She has a strong background in international development, monitoring and evaluation, and project management, gained through experience working with various organizations in Southeast Asia and Uganda. Sahara’s thematic expertise spans diverse areas, including education, health, human rights, and humanitarian assistance.

Sahara holds a Master’s degree in Environment and Development from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in International Development and Cooperation from the University of Bologna.

Before to joining EarthRights, Sahara was the regional head of Child’s Dream, based in Chiang Mai where she led MEL efforts in Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand.
