Alisha Felder

Director of People & Culture

Alisha brings over 16 years of experience in the areas of human resources, finance, operations and administration in both the nonprofit and private sectors. She holds several senior human resources certifications and credentials. Alisha has worked in a senior management capacity with many national NGOs, grassroots organizations, and associations. As a locally and nationally recognized human resources leader, Alisha has worked with business leaders and executive teams in transforming culture, improving HR strategy, and implementing workplace programs and DEI trainings.

She enjoys participating in and advocating for professional development and lifelong learning. Alisha is truly passionate about sustaining an equitable and inclusive work environment for all. As a strategist, influencer and visionary, Alisha strives to lead EarthRights and its culture portfolio by matching the people experience to the organization’s mission and objectives.

Alisha is a native Washingtonian who enjoys volunteering in her community, board service, trying new restaurants, and organizing philanthropic endeavors.
