Chana has been with EarthRights since 1997 and is responsible for overall administrative, operation, financial, personnel, and management functions in the Mekong office. This involves overseeing the establishment and management of systems, structures, and procedures in compliance with EarthRights policies, to support effective organizational operations, optimize the management of human resources, and facilitate collaboration between offices. Chana is a Karen Ethnicity, who has worked for years to document forced labor, violence, and economic and social rights violations in Myanmar. Chana has received training from the School for International Training (SIT) in NGO management and Mango Training for Finance Trainers from Humentum and has additional training in conflict resolution. Chana speaks Thai, Karen, Burmese, and English.
