Ngozi Annastesia Okeke
Wellbeing Facilitator
Annastesia obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and is licensed and registered with the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologist (NACP), NPA, EAPA Nigeria, and ISSUP (both Nigeria Chapter and International).
Annastesia has almost 10 years of experience in a purely clinical setting as well as international non-profit organizations where much of my work centered on supporting members of the key population, victims/survivors of rape, sexual and domestic violence, and clients experiencing different forms of psychiatric conditions.
Her specialty areas include anxiety, depression, existential concerns, grief and loss, multiculturalism, spirituality, trauma, and more. Annastesia strongly believes that therapy should be based on the client’s needs and preferences. She aims to integrate a range of clinical approaches; particularly cognitive behavioral therapy, rational living therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and narrative therapy. She believes that healing and growth take place within the context of a safe relationship
Annastesia is a Nigerian, was born in the middle belt, obtained her first degree in the south-eastern area and second degree in the southwestern part of Nigeria. She has also trained in diverse areas. More so, she has added a lot of professional value while working with highly experienced colleagues of diverse race, culture, nationalities, and more.
