Cassidy McKee

Cassidy McKee is a J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School where she is a staff member of the Harvard Environmental Law Review. Originally from Vienna, Virginia, Cassidy has long been interested in the relationship between environmental protection, public policy, and law.

Before joining EarthRights, Cassidy worked on the knowledge management team at the NDC Partnership Support Unit at the World Resources Institute. In that role supported data systems related to countries’ implementation of their Nationally Determined Contributions under the Paris Agreement. She also helped connect sustainable development projects with institutional support and funding.

Cassidy holds a B.A. in Environment & Sustainability from Cornell University. At Cornell, she worked on conservation social science research and led Cornell Sustainability Consultants, a pro bono environmental consulting organization. In her free time Cassidy enjoys trying new restaurants, running, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
