“Human rights defender life, it is not easy and we face many challenges, especially when we go to organize the training and workshop in the community. We used to be threatened by local authorities.”

Sar Mory is a human rights defender from Kampong Cham, Cambodia and co-founder of the Cambodian Youth Network. Mory works to secure the rights of indigenous communities to their natural resources and environment as well as to support youth participation in environmental and human rights advocacy.
